Job Details:
1. Maintaining professional competence in accordance with current best nursing practices.
2. Ensure that all of the patient's care needs are satisfied in accordance with the care plan.
3. Ensure that all patient care is provided in compliance with company-documented clinical guidelines.
4. Always advocate for patient safety, privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.
5. Ensure that all pertinent information pertaining to a patient's care or treatment is documented.
6. Care was provided accurately and on schedule.
7. Attendance and demonstration of learning during training sessions.
8. To complete India Nursing Council criteria, maintain own continuous professional development (CPD) and attend courses/study as approved with Apollo Homecare.
9. Assist the Head of Nursing with the induction of newly appointed personnel.
10. To consistently provide high-quality nursing care to all patients.
