WBNC Reciprocal Registration Rules 2024 (GNM/BSC Nursing):
1. GNM candidates must have 40% in the higher secondary (12th) and BSc Nursing candidates should have 45% marks (English+Physics+Chemistry+Biology) in higher secondary.
2. Both GNM and BSc Nursing candidates must have pass marks in English subject.
3. 5% marks relaxation for bsc candidates if they are from SC/ST/OBC/PWD. No marks relaxation in English.
4. Candidates must have 50% marks in internal and external seperately for each subjects.
5. The candidates must be passed out from an Indian Nursing Council affiliated institute.
WBNC Online Reciprocal Registration Process:
WBNC reciprocal registration process begins after completion of the online registration form. The candidates are advised to collect all the documents before the registration process. The online registration process is as follows:
1. Visit the official website of WBNC Reciprocal Registration. http://reciprocal.wbhealth.gov.in/
2. Click ‘New Registration' and enter candidate name, phone number, email id etc.
3. OTP will be sent to your phone number and user registration will be done.
4. Login to the application form by entering valid user id, password and captcha code.
5. Click on 'New Application'.
6. Fill all the basic information such as name, father's name, date of birth, address, nursing institute details etc.
7. After completing basic information, click on 'Submit' and 'Next'.
8. In next page, fill all the subject details very carefully and Submit.
9. Next click on the final submit page.
10. Download application form and take printout.

Documents Verification Slot Booking Process 2024:
Slot booking for WBNC reciprocal registration is an important step. Until you book a slot, you won't be able to verify your documents physically at WBNC Council.
Follow the below steps for slot booking:
1. Login to WBNC Reciprocal Registration website.
2. Click on 'Home'.
3. Click on 'Schedule Date'.
4. Click and choose preferred and available date for physical documents verification.
5. Click 'Save'.
6. Next, click on 'Download' option.
7. Click on 'ACK Slip' and download Acknowledgement Slip and take printout.
Now your slot booking is done. You have to take all original documents and still working certificate, pay slips to the WBNC council for physical verification on this booking date.
Required Documents for WBNC Reciprocal Registration Verification 2024:
Remember that, the below mentioned documents have to carry during wbnc physical verification. (Originals and xerox copy).
1. Online application form: 1 copy
2. Acknowledgments Slip: 1 copy
3. Current Registration Certificate: 2 copy
4. Marksheet for all years.
5. Degree/Diploma certificate: 1 copy
6. Course Completion: 1 copy
7. Higher Secondary Admit Card/ Birth Certificate: 1 copy
8. Still working certificate
9. Pay slip - Last 6 months.
10. HS marksheet: 1 copy
11. Aadhaar card: 1 copy
12. Institute name in INC list: 1 copy
13. ID card of working hospital (If asked)
Payment Process:
Candidates have to pay a certain amount to WBNC through SBI collect only. Pay the amount after completing physical verification. Follow the below instructions for payment.
Note that, payment is non-refundable and refer wbnc official website.
1. Visit WBNC official website. https://www.wbnc.in/
2. Click 'State Bank Collect' and follow the instructions.
3. Candidates have to pay ₹2030 to WBNC through SBI collect only.
4. Take printout of your payment. It is necessary during original reciprocal registration collection.
NOC for Reciprocal Registration:
* After completion of physical verification and payment, the WBNC will send application to the parent council for NOC.
* The candidates have to visit the parent council for NOC. Except Karnataka, AP and Telengana Candidates.
* Previous council may take 2 to 3 months for NOC.
* Candidates will get a sms after getting NOC from the parent council.
* Candidates can check status in WBNC website after login.
WBNC Reciprocal Registration Number Generation:
* WBNC will generate registration number for each Candidates.
* Registration number generation may take place after 10 to 15 days after receiving NOC from parent council.
* After successful registration number generation, candidates will get sms.
* Next, candidates must login to WBNC website and download the registration certificate.
* The candidates must take printout of the registration certificate.
Original Reciprocal Registration Collection Process 2024:
After completing all the above process, it is the time to collect the original reciprocal certificate from WBNC council.
* Candidates have to visit WBNC Council after 10 to 15 days of registration certificate generation.
* Candidates must visit between Monday to Wednesday and time between 10 AM to 12 PM except Government Holiday.
* Candidates must take all the previous mentioned documents to council.
* Along with, Registration Certificate download copy, SBI collect receipt, Original parent council registration certificate.
* Note that, sometimes it may take time if there is any holiday in between.
